Obituary

Mildred Easton was born September 16, 1917, at Wainwright, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Percy Tyrrell and Bessie Offiutt Tyrrell. Mildred passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2005, at her home in Wilmington, North Carolina. She was 87 years of age.
Mildred was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of Cape Fear Baptist Church of Wilmington, NC.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joe C. Easton and son: Tom Easton.

Mildred is survived by: one son, Joe W. Easton of Miami, FL; one daughter, Sharon Walker of Wilmington, NC; 5 grandchildren Dennis Leeder of Wilmington, NC, Sherry Dunker of Wilmington, NC, Kenny Easton of Tulsa, OK, Steve Easton of Tulsa, OK and Rick Lewis of Ringling, OK. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made in her memory to the Cape Fear Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 705, Carolina Beach, NC 28428. Bixby Funeral Service, Bixby, OK.
