Marleah (Leach) Hoard of Millington passed from our world into God's Kingdom early Friday morning April 3, 2015 while at the Crest Haven Manor Nursing Home, Marleah was 86.

Marleah was born in Watertown Township, Michigan on the 1st of October in 1928, and was the daughter of the late Clare & Lila (Kowitz) Leach. Marleah was married to the late Clyde Hoard for 61 years before his passing in January of 2009. Marleah was also an active member of the Millington Baptist Church.

Marleah leaves her three sons and daughters in-law; Ken and Kathy Hoard, Alan and Sheila Hoard, and Jeff and Dawn Hoard, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, a brother Ron Leach, and three sisters, Joyce, Bernice, and Irma Jean; as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Marleah; is preceded in death by three brothers, George, William, and Ray Leach,a sister Helen Long, and other extended family.

Passed from this world into God's Kingdom Monday evening, Jan. 30, 2006, while at his residence in Millington, at the age of 75. William was born Dec. 27, 1930 in Watertown Twp. of Tuscola County and was the son of Clare and Lila (Kowitz) Leach.

Bill served in the US Army during the Korean War. On Jan. 5, 1952, Bill married Barbara Hammond. Together Barb and Bill have celebrated 54 years of marriage. Bill worked for many years for Dalrymple Appliance and Service store as a service repairman. In 1984, when the Dalrymple Appliance and Service store went out of business, Bill went into business on his own until he retired in 1992.

Bill leaves his family, extended family and many friends to cherish his memory; wife, Barbara Leach; children, William J. Leach Jr., Robin and husband, Earl Green, Teri Hutchinson, Peggy Leach and Jolie Upton; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald Leach and Raymond Leach; five sisters, Helen Long, Marleah Hoard, Joyce Schmitzer, Bernice Carr and Irma Mason; as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family and many friends.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Dana in Feb. 1980, son, Ward, in April of 1980, a brother, George, in 1990 and a grandson, B.J. Leach in April of 2005.

The family is keeping with Bill's wishes and cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 2 at the Hanlin Funeral Home in Millington. The family will receive friends at the Hanlin Funeral Home on Thursday from noon until the time of the service. Memorials may be made to Hart Land Hospice or to a charity of one's choice. Hanlin Funeral Home of Millington assisted the Leach family with the arrangements

Mr. Raymond E. (Ray) Leach a longtime Millington resident passed from our world into God's Kingdom early Friday afternoon April 6, 2012 while at the Covenant Health Care Center Cooper Campus in Saginaw. Ray was 72.

The son of Clare & Lila (Kowitz) Leach Ray was born in Watertown Township of Fostoria Michigan on November 29, 1939. On March 10, 1962 Ray married Miss Judith (Judy) Harpham and together she and Ray have celebrated 50 years of marriage. For 30 years Ray was employed with Dalrymple Appliance Store in Millington until its closing. In 1981 Ray became the head Custodian at the St. Paul Lutheran School where he worked for the next 21 years until his retirement in 2002. Ray was also a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, where he served the church and the school in many ways other than the Custodian.

Ray leave his wife Judy, two sons and daughter in-laws, Raymond & Angel Leach, Byron & Jennifer Leach, a daughter Shelley Coon, ten grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, one brother Ronald Leach, four sisters; Marleah Hoard, Joyce Schmitzer, Erma Mason, and Bernice Carr, as well as several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Ray is preceded in death by two brothers, George and William Leach, a sister Helen Leach and a sister in-law Barbara Leach.

Honoring Ray's wishes cremation has taken place. There will be a memorial service at 11:00 Am Saturday April 14, 2012 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Millington; the family will receive friends at the church on Saturday morning from 9:30 Am until the services begin. Pastor James Bruner will deliver the memorial message and the closing prayers. Memorial gifts of remembrance can be directed to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
