Judith Ann Leach, Millington

Judith Ann Leach, of Millington age 72, passed away May 6, 2014 at her residence. Memorial service will be held 11 am, Saturday, May 17, 2014 at St. Paul Lutheran Church 4935 Center St. Millington, MI. Family will receive visitors from 10 am until time of service Saturday. Pastor James Bruner officiating. Private burial in Millington Twp. Cemetery.

Judith was very confident in the fact that she was going home to be with the Lord, as she accepted Christ as her Savior. She was born June 6, 1941 in Vassar, MI the daughter of Leon and Madeline Harpham. Judith graduated from Vassar High School in 1959, then was joined in marriage to Raymond Leach March 10, 1962 in Vassar, MI. Raymond preceded her in death April 6, 2012. Judith was a lifetime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and worked for the church and for the school. She served as a member of the Dorcas Lutheran Women and Missions, and worked at Bronner's Christmas Wonderland. Judith was very family orientated, completely selfless and enjoyed her beloved dog Buckwheat.

She is survived by children Raymond (Angel), Byron (Jennifer), Shelley Coon, 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and sister, Sue Shoemaker.

Judith was preceded in death by her husband Raymond, brother Dr. Ted Harpham, brother-in-law James Shoemaker.
