Wayne was born March 29, 1937 and passed away peacefully on November 14 , 2014, after a brave and hard fought battle against Leukemia. A 1955 graduate of Roosevelt High School, Wayne served in the U.S. Army Alaska Communications Division, worked as a mechanical draftsman at Boeing, and later retired after working 27 years for John Fluke Manufacturing Corp. He was a skilled craftsman who could build or fix most anything, and he enjoyed boating and motorcycles.
Wayne is survived by his wife Lorna, children Carl and Cheryl, and step -children, Kenny, Randy, Jodi & Michael.
He will live in our hearts forever. Services: Friday, 11/21/2014, at 1: 00 pm at Floral Hills, 409 Filbert Road, Lynnwood, WA.

Betty was born September 4, 1925 in Zanesville and is the daughter of the late Roy and Louise Ferrell Engle. She worked as a salesperson in the Bloomers and Anthony Thomas candy store in Westervile.
Surviving is her husband Francis Hanes whom she married April 5, 1941 a marriage of 69 years.
One son Larry and Sandra Hanes of McConnelsville
Two daughters, Linda (Mike) Croswell of Cypress, Texas and Lorraine (Tom) Lucas of Spartanburg, SC
10 Grandchildren 13 Great Grandchildren and 3 great great grandcildren
In addition to her parents Betty is proceeded in death by her Grandson Brian Lucas and a sister Virginia Thornton.

1 Francis C. "Frank" Hanes, of Texas, formerly of Riverside Care Center, McConnelsville, went home to be with his sweetheart of 69 years on Valentines Day, February 14, 2012 at St. Luke Hospital Vintage in Houston TX.
Frank was born May 6th 1920 in Zanesville, the son of the late Francis Bernard and Nellie (Cornilues) Hanes. He worked as a lighting specialist for Duro Test Lighting Corp and after his retirement he worked for Minera Lake Golf Course. He served his country in the US Air Force during WWII.
Frank is survived by his two daughters Linda (Mike) Croswell of Huston, TX and Lorraine (Tom) Lucas of Greenville, SC; a daughter in law Sandra Hanes of McConnelsville; a brother Jack R. Hanes of Waverly, OH; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents Frank is preceded in death by his wife Betty Hanes who passed away July 22, 2010; a son Larry Hanes; a grandson Brian Lucas, a great-grandson Thomas Allen Guy and six brothers Leonard, Donald, Eugene, Richard, Jim and Joe Hanes.
