He is survived by two daughters, Patricia (Terry) Schneider of Swartz Creek, and LaWanda (Jimmy) Phillips of Las Vegas, Nev.; four grandchildren, Timothy, Troy, Jered and Marya; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Voyle ?Olie? (Virginia) and Alvin (Arlene), and a sister, Nina VanSipe all of Lachine.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. until time of service Friday. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 15, 2006, at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Lawrence Gill officiating. Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
