Marguerite B. Snover, 89, of Harbor Beach passed away Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2004, in the long term care unit of the Harbor Beach Community Hospital.

Marguerite was born on Nov. 10, 1914, to the late William and Julia (Kramer) Karl.

She married Wesley Snover on Feb. 2, 1942, in Pigeon. Wesley preceded her in death on May 17, 1997.

Marguerite loved visiting and baking.

She is survived by her two sons, Karl Snover and his wife, Michelle, of Walnut Creek, Calif., and William Snover of Harbor Beach; two grandchildren, Guy and Megan.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Theresa Karl.

Funeral Mass for Marguerite will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2004, in the Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church. Fr. Steve Gavit of SS. Peter and Paul Church in Ruth will officiate. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight, from 1 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday in the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach, and from 9 a.m. until time of services on Saturday at the church. A vigil service will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home.
