Surviors include a son, Arthur Snover of Bethalto; a daughter, Mrs. Bernadine Hunt of Joliet; a step-daughter, Mrs. Pauline Jones of McLeansboro; a brother. Albert Tolley of Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Mead of Colo, Iowa; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Hood was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
