He also was a volunteer with the New Jersey State Fire College, and owned 2 successful funeral homes in the New Jersey area for many years. He is survived by his loving wife, Doris (Blanchard) Snover of Pompano Beach; daughter, Gwendolyn (Richard) Snover Leys of Pompano Beach; sons, Allen F. Snover of Queen Anne, MD and Robert B.
