Frank B. Howard, 73, of 44 Chamberlain street, died suddently of a heart ailment Sunday at his residence. Born in Orion Township he attended Leonard schools and came to Pontiac from Rochester in 1901. He was a lifetime resident of Oakland County and was last employed as a carpenter and builder.
Surviving are his widow, Margaret; three daughters, Mrs. Willis Jersey of Rochester; Mrs. Everett Johnson ad Mrs. George Dickinson of Pontiac; a son, Elmer; four brothers, Sylvester of Troy Township, George of Kinde; Roy of Mobile, Ala., and Earl of Pontiac; two sisters. Mrs. Katherine Kauffman and Mrs. John Raymond of Pontiac, and seven grandchildren. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Huntoon Funeral Home with burial in Oak Hill cemetery. Rev. H.E. Savage will officiate.

Rochester- Service for Mrs. Frank B. (Margaret L.) Howard, 89, of 612 W. Seventh St., will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Huntoon Funeral Home, Pontiac. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Pontiac.
Mrs. Howard died today at Pontiac General Hospital following a two-month illness. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pontiac and the Macabees of Pontiac.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Sanborn of Oxford. Mrs. Myrtle H. Johnson of Bloomfield Hills and Mrs. Fay Smith with whom she made her home; a son, Elmer of Birmingham, Ala.; and a brother, Robert P. Fox of Goodrich.
