She was born February 13, 1840 died June 10, 1906. See Christ's Evangelical Lutheran Records. 1900 census 7:20:9:76 shows married for forty years 3 children all living. Jonas a farmer who owns a farm in Tinicum free and clear. Intell Obits May 3, 1909 Jonas H. Lear a lifelong resident of Tinicum died at his residence near Ottsville on Friday evening April 30, age 73 years. The deceased was a member of the Lower Tinicum Lutheran church, having descended from Lutherans on both sides. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Salena Frankenfield of Pipersville and three daughters, Mrs. Anna M. Wolfinger, who made her residence with her father; Mrs. W.S. Nicholas of Bedminster, and Mrs Dr. A.C. Althouse of Dublin They are buried Lower Tinicum Cemetery. in Tinicum Twp. Howard Johnston note: The marriage date, given as ca. 1850 is obviously incorrect as Jonas would be 15 and his spouse, 10 years of age.
