He was born Jan. 26, 1917 in Aberdeen. He had been a truck driver for Wood Brothers and also for Interstate Asphalt before retiring in 1979. He married his wife Lucile in 1961 in Reno, Nev. In addition to his wife Lucile at the family home, he is survived by two sons, Bud of Henderson, Nev., and Rob of Monroe, Wash.; three daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Barbara) Gregory of Sweet Home, Ore.; Mrs. Virgil (Donna) Barnett of Aberdeen, and Buddy Tattom of Montesano; his mother Ethel Wood, of Sweet home, Ore.; a brother, William Wood of Aberdeen; two sisters, Mrs. Warren (Margaret) Angele of Las Vegas, Nev., and Anna Taylor of Sweet Home, Ore.; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received after 7:30 p.m. today and on Sunday after 3 p.m. at Robinson-Lytle's in Indiana, where services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Ronald A. Wallace and the Rev. George McNeel will officiate and interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery, Indiana.

Dorothy Viola Cannon was a Terry & Ferris Employee.1 Longtime Killeen resident Dorothy Viola Clawson (age 96) went to be with the Lord peacefully on January 23, 2021. She was born in Decker’s Point, PA on March 7, 1924. She resided in Homer City, PA until she met and married the love of her life, Henry Leroy Clawson, Sr. on August 12, 1943 in Ofelia, AL. Henry joined the Army and fought in WWII while Dorothy stayed in Harrisburg to help with her 6 brothers and sisters. She worked for G.C. Murphy stores in PA. They had their first child, Henry L. Clawson Jr on Dec. 16, 1944 and their second Patricia L. Clawson-Reid on Jan. 29, 1949. Henry and Dorothy relocated to Killeen, TX in 1974. Dorothy worked at Terry & Ferris in Temple, TX until the day she realized that she wanted to stay home to babysit and help raise her grandchildren.

Dorothy loved her family dearly and was better known for her love of cooking, baking, and caregiving. Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren will always have memories of her making sure everyone was taken care of, fed and loved on a daily basis. Everyone that knew her loved her. She was the primary caregiver for her husband Henry when he had a stroke in 2004 and took wonderful care of him until the day he died in 2012.

Dorothy is survived by her 2 children, Henry L. Clawson Jr (wife Sherry) in Indiana, PA and Patricia L. Reid in Killeen, TX; five grandchildren, Tammy McCullough (husband Jeffrey) in Shelocta, PA, Brian Clawson in Shelocta, PA, Jennifer Clark (husband Gary) in Killeen, TX, Melissa Reese (husband Chris) in Temple, TX; James E Reid Jr (wife Jennifer) in Gatesville, TX; and her sister, Sylvia Jeanie Clark in Front Royal, VA. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren - Jeffrey McCullough, Jared McCullough, Nicole Vislosky, Lindsey Reese, Halleigh Clark, Ashley Rhodes, Sierra Gonzales, Timothy Clark, Ashleigh Clark, Joshua Gonzales, Chase Clawson, Lillian Reese, and Charity Clawson. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry L. Clawson Sr; her parents, Donald and Mabel Cannon; her siblings, Clara Gaston, Irene Siko, Donald Cannon Jr., Archie Cannon, and Frances McClane; and her grand-daughter Elizabeth Clawson.

Due to Covid restrictions, there will be a graveside services at 1:00 pm Monday, February 1, 2021 at Killeen Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a financial contribution to the charity of your choice in her honor. The Heritage Funeral Home in Harker Heights is in charge of the arrangements and burial will be in the Killeen Memorial Park.

She was also an avid bingo player. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Edward B. Siko; an infant twin sister, Josephine Cannon; and a brother, Donald Cannon. He was born Oct. 22, 1924, in Loyalhanna, a son of the late Michael J. and Anna (Kompa) Siko.

He was a member of St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church of Brandenville; a retired employee of Westinghouse Corp. of Blairsville with 38 years of service; a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army; a member of the Millwood Sportsmen Club, and a former member of the LOOM of Greensburg.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, John A.

Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Irene Cannon Siko; two daughters, Mrs. Paul (Barbara) Myers of Camp Hill and Mrs. Barry (Roberta) Holden of Derry RD 2; four brothers, Julius of Youngstown, Michael of Latrobe RD 4, Joseph of Brandenville and Robert of Derry; three sisters, Mrs. Benedict (Betty) Veto and Mrs. Clyde (Martha) Wingard, both of Latrobe, and Mrs. Thomas (Rose) Trumbetta of Crabtree; four granddaughters; a grandson, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends willl be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in John J. Lopatichh Funeral Home, Inc., 601 Weldon St., Latrobe.

Parastas service wil be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home

Panachida service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home followed by Divine Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Bradenville, with the Rev. Regis Dusecina as celebrant.

Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Hempfield Township.

Frances L. MacBlane, 85, of Harrisburg, passed away on October 19, 2014 in her home.

She was born December 31, 1928 in Clymer, PA, daughter of the late William and Mabel Cannon.

Mrs. MacBlane was a member of Estrellita Chapter #512 OES and Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church; after her children were raised, she worked at Boscov's in Colonial Park.

Frances is survived by; daughter, Catherine E. (and husband Frank) Lesher of Hershey, PA; son, Alexander S. (and wife Marlina) MacBlane of Harrisburg; grandchildren, Nichole, Alexia, and Luciano Lesher, and Caitlin, Brittany, Caley & Chance MacBlane; sisters, Jean Clark, Clara Gaston & Dorothy Clawson; and brother, William Cannon, Jr.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John V. MacBlane; daughter, Kimberly Diane MacBlane; son, William Eugene Cannon; and siblings, Donald Cannon, Josephine Cannon & Irene Siko.

Private services and interment will be in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pennsylvania.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions be made to Four Diamonds Fund c/o Hershey Med. Center, P.O. Box 850, Hershey, PA 17033.

Interment was in Newton Cemetery.

Mr. Brink formerly operated a farm at Millbrook, Warren County, but retired several years ago.
