She was born August 3, 1927, in Hackett. She was a member of Grand Avenue Baptist Church and was a district manager of See's Candies in Southern California.

Memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith with burial at Old Union Cemetery in Hackett.

She is survived by two sisters, and a brother.
