Barry L. Albers, 51, of Hastings died near Valentine as the result of an automobile accident on June 3, 2014. He was born on June 13, 1962 in Boys Town, NE.

Barry was an avid outdoorsman and thoroughly enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard "Lee" Albers.

Memorial graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, June 9, 2014 at the Sterling Cemetery of Sterling with Pastor Doyle Karst officiating. A memorial has been established to the family's choice.
