Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, Reiff Funeral Home, Independence, by the Rev. James Fladland of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Burial: Mount Hope Cemetery, Independence. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Survivors include two sons, Bill and Jerry, both of Independence; and six daughters, Doris Markin of Hazleton, Beulah Lewis, Belinda Meister and Susie Fox, all of Independence, Linda Hardesty of Brook Park, Minn., and Jeanette McIntosh of Winthrop.
Also surviving are 18 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
