The widow of Edward Predmore was born in East Stroudsburg, the daughter of Charles and Rachel Lee. She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Mrs Predmore was a member of the Canadensis Methodist Church, WSCS at the church, and PO of A Number 241 of Mountainhome.
Services will be held Sunday at 3pm from the Lanterman Funeral Home, Rev. Vernon M Murray, officiating. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery, East Stroudsburg.
Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday 7 to 9pm.

Lewis N. Predmore, 87, of Mount Bethel, died Dec. 22 in Easton Hospital, Wilson. He was the husband of the late Grace E. (Reasly) Reagle Predmore. Born September 20, 1918, in Smithfield Township, he was the son of the late Charles M. and Nettie M. (Custard) Predmore. He was a member and a very dedicated worker of Trinity United Church of Christ, Mount Bethel. He was employed as a plumber by R.J. Groner, Stroudsburg, for many years before retiring in 1983. He was a member of Pipe Fitters Union Local 524. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a T-4 in Company F, 271st Infantry, 69th Division, in the European Theatre and the Battle of Normandy. He was a social member of the Upper Mount Bethel Fire Company and Auxiliary. He loved to attend auctions and collecting antiques. He was a large donor to, and a supporter of, the Slate Belt Museum, Mount Bethel.

Survivors: Brother, Ensley Predmore of Portland; stepson, Brooks E. Reagle of Clermont, Fla.; three nephews and four nieces, including his nephew and caregiver Douglas Predmore and his wife Joan; five grandnieces and two grandnephews, including his grandniece and caregiver, Alyce Thomas and her husband Brian. He was preceded in death by brothers, Lawrence Predmore and J. Dean Predmore, and a sister, Lorraine Predmore.

Services: 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2005, Trinity United Church of Christ, Stone Church, with Rev. William Shrout officiating. Burial will be in Centreville Cemetery. There will be a viewing on Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the church. The Thomas Funeral Home, 401 N. Fifth St., Stroudsburg, is in charge of the arrangements.

Ensley H. Predmore, 82, of Portland, died on Monday, June 19, at Clover Rest Home, in Knowlton Township, N.J. He was married to the former Virginia Davies, who died in 1982.

Born on March 12, 1924, in Smithfield Township, he was the son of the late Charles and Nettie Custard Predmore.

He was employed as a signal maintainer for the former Delaware Lackawanna & Western Railroad and NJ Transit for 42 years, retiring in 1984.

He was an avid flower gardener and loved restoring pieces of railroad memorabilia.

He was a graduate of Portland High School.

He was a former member of Community Presbyterian Church in Portland. He was also a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalman.

He is survived by three daughters, Kathy Predmore of Wind Gap, Debby Takacs and her husband, Bobby, of Portland and Sandy Cammarata and her husband, Joseph, of Columbia, N.J.; and a granddaughter, Rebecca Bell, of Lake Ariel.

Three brothers, Lewis, Lawrence and Dean Predmore, and a sister, Lorraine Predmore, all died earlier.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, in Riverview Cemetery, Delaware Ave., in Portland.
