Phelps of Fostoria; a granddaughter, Staci Phelps of Fostoria; and a sister,
Anna Mae Randall of Tiffin.

A brother, Carl Bentz, preceded him in death.

Mr. Bentz worked for 28 years as a clerk at Ford Autolite, retiring in 1973. He
was a member of the Fostoria Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Mann-Hare Funeral Home,
Fostoria, and burial will be in Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria.

Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, where the Eagles
will hold a memorial service at 7 p.m.

Memorials may be made to The Living Tree at Fostoria Community Hospital.
