He was a member of Pleasant Biew Free Methodist Church of Mayville. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Crystal) Guinn of Mayville and Irene Henke of Grandenton, FL; one son, William Lay of Vassar; one sister, Icel Gray of Tacoma, WA; nine grandchilren and seven great grandchildren. Two sons, Charles in 1959 and Henry in 1967, preceded him in death Funeral services are 1 pm today (Wednesday) at Pleasant View Free Methodist Church of Mayville with Rev. Albert Fall officiating. Burial will be in the West Lawn Cemetery in North Branch. Memorials may be made to Pleasant View Free Methodist Church.
