Mrs. James Clothier of Koylton Nurses Husband Until His Death Then Suffers Like Fate

Koylton, Mar 23--The death of Mrs. James Clothier from pneumonia and black erysipelas occurred about five o'clock Saturday morning. She was sick nearly three weeks. She had black erysipelas turning into pneumonia. Her husband upon whom she had been a constant and devoted attendant died March 11 of pneumonia. Mrs. Clothier was a loving wife and mother and will be missed by a host of friends and relatives who loved her dearly. She had been a devoted member of the Methodist Episcopal church for many years and was one of those hopeful, cheerful and kindly persons who seem never to grow old. Besides an aged mother, five children are living: Mrs. Albert Lehner of Rochester, N.Y., Ed of Missouri; Perry of Clifford; Elmer of Almont and Archie at home. The funeral was held Thursday at 12 o'clock at the Clothier church, Rev. Schlalcher of Clifford officiating. Interment was in Siple cemetery.
