Mr. Schrem was a member of Ionic Lodge, No. 94, AF and AM, Camden, N.J.; Excelsior Consistory of the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Camden, N.J.; Nur Temple of the Mystic Shrine, Wilmington; the Kent Sussex Rite Temple of Collingswood, N.J., and Evergreen Forest, No. 49, Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Milford.

Survivng him are his wife, Mrs. May C. Schrem; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Rahaley, Camden, N.J., and Mrs. Rose Kellum, Hollywood, Fla.; a foster son, T.F. Cooke, Woodbury, N.J.; a granddaughter, Jean A. Cooke, Woodbury, and several nieces and nephhews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Torbert Funeral Chapel, Dover, with the Rev. S.W. Wysong, rector of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Camden, officiating. Interment will be in Lakeside Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral chapel tomorrow evening. Union Lodge No. 7, AF and AM, willl conduct a Masonic service tomorrow at 8 p.m.
