Margaret (Maggie) Marie Smock was born on 2 August 1887 in Vinton, Benton, Iowa.2,3 She and Herbert Leroy Bilsborough were married on 24 May 1911 in Cedar Rapids, Linn, Iowa.4,5 She and Herbert Leroy Bilsborough were divorced after 1927.5 She died on 28 December 1973, at age 86, in San Francisco, San Francisco, California.3 She was buried in Olivet Memorial Park, Colma, San Mateo, Califoria, Cremated.6,5
Margaret (Maggie) Marie Smock was a Stenographer.5 Margaret was the daughter of Joseph Harry Smock and Malvina Freeman, and the granddaughter of Abraham and Diana Smock, Lyman Hawthorne Freeman and Katherine Webb.

She was the wife of Herbert Leroy Bilsborough, the son of M Delmer Bilsborough and Nora Wirebaugh. They were married 24 May 1911 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and had two children:
* Emma Frances Bilsborough Bauman 1912-1988
* LeRoy Delmar Bilsborough 1915-2003

Before she was married, she worked as a stenographer for a lawyer. The family moved to Illinois by 1916 and to San Francisco about 1919. She and Herbert were divorced after 1927, and she moved to 90 St Elmo Way in the city. Another move to Los Angeles in 930 and back to San Francisco in 1973, living on Sutter Street.

Margaret died of Cerebral Hemorrhage at the French Hospital on Geary. Her remains were cremated and interred at Olivet Memorial Park, Colma.

Walter Enos Crisman was a Road Builder/ Street Superintendent Borough of Washington.3,6 Walter Crisman, 86, formerly of 7 Hann Terr., Washington N.J., died Tuesday in the Eastwood Convalescent Home, Wilson. He was the husband of the late Eugenia (Little) Crisman.

He was superintendent of streets for the borough of Washington from 1944 until retiring in 1961. Before that, Crisman was a truck driver for Willaim and George Lundy in Delaware, and foreman for the following companies: Salmon Brothers, Frank Smith, Hugh Simanton, Franklin Construction Co., Grove Co., Union Building Corp., and Korp and Korp. He also worked for seven months on sewer and road work at Camp Kilmer Army base and at the High Bridge steel plant.

Born in Polkville, Knowton Township, Warren County, he was a son of the late Clark and Rebecca (Chamberlain) Crisman.

Surviving are a daughter, Janet McHaffie of Pine Hill. N.J.; a brother Ernest of Paterson, N.J.; a sister, Susan Orden of Portland, and a grandchild.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the DeVoe Funeral Home, 136 W. Washington Ave., Washington. A calling hour will precede the services.

She was a bookkeeper and had been employed by the Warren County Domestic Relations Department, Court House, Belvidere, for 26 years, retiring in 1977. In her younger years, she played basketball with the Mt. Bethel Apollos, and was a member of a bowling team for many years. During her retirement, she made quilts, afghans, and other crafts. Memberships: She had been a 50 year member of the Columbia United Methodist Church, before transferring her membership to the Portland United Methodist Church upon her move there in 1977. She was also a member of the Portland Senior Citizens. Survivors: A son, William and his wife Jane, of Columbia; two grandchildren, Michael Orpen Sr., of Stroudsburg, and Jennifer Mooney of Knowlton Township, NJ; four great-grandchildren, Zachary and Emily Iacovone, Michael Orpen Jr. and John Mooney. She was predeceased by her husband, Erwin in 1976. Also, by three brothers, Walter, Ernest and Russell Crisman. Services will be Monday at the convenience of the family at the Redman Funeral Home. Burial will be in Genoa Rural Cemetery.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Contributions may be made to the Popular Ridge Instant Aid Ambulance Service.

Mr. Reeves was a life resident of Genoa. He wa superintendent for 20 years until 1983.

Surviving are eight sons, Robert of Ontario, Canada; John of Port Byron, Lester of Venice Center, Lawrence of Weedsport, James of North Lansing, Stanley and Everett of Lansing and Coral of Genoa; four daughters, Mrs. Beatrice Crouise of Venice, Mrs. Lyle Hildreth and Mrs. Arlene Kenney of Genoa and Mrs. Betty Saville of Venice Center; 62 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
