CHARLES I. SPADE On May 19, 2011, Charles "Chuck" I. Spade of Helendale, CA went to be with our Lord. He was born on April 27, 1932 in Howell, MI. He attended J.W. Sexton H.S; Eastern Michigan U, Michigan State U & Univ. of Georgia. In 1957 he moved to Long Beach, CA after serving in the U.S. Marines at Camp Lajeune, N.C. 37 Years in the industry of Aerospace before retiring in 1993 in Huntington Beach, CA. In 1999 he and his wife moved to Silver Lakes to enjoy their retirement with golf, bridge, volunteer work, travel, and many other activities. Chuck is survived by his wife Marcy, of Helendale, son and daughter-in-law Chuck M & Anna Spade of Huntington Beach, CA, daughter and son-in-law Sandy and Mike Abeles of Huntington Beach, CA. Three grandchildren Charles A Spade, Brady and Emily Abeles, brother Gary Spade of Chicago, Ill, step brother Arden Bancroft of Lansing, MI. Nieces, nephews, and friends. Memorial service will be held Monday June 6th at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Bible Church, 27083 Strawberry Lane, Helendale (Silver Lakes) CA.
